The Design Review Committee is supporting a campaign to raise the funds for the purchase of a downtown clock. Daphne cared so much about Sebring; serving in numerous organizations and as Sebring Mayor. We would like to purchase a clock that would honor the time and dedication that Daphne gave to sebring.
