AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #11-07, SECTION 1 WAGES AND SALARIES

WHEREAS the Village Council is of the opinion that certain modifications ought to be made in enacted wages as the same have previously been established and enacted by this Council through a series of Ordinances including but not limited to Ordinance #11-07; and

WHEREAS Ordinance #11-07 must be amended to provide for a competitive part time salary within the Division of Public Service.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:

Section 1: That Ordinance #11-07 Section 1 Wages and Salaries is hereby amended in part as set forth below:

POSITION CURRENT SALARY AMENDED SALARY OFFICIAL/EMPLOYEE

Public Services Laborer (part-time) $ 7.00 hr. $ 12.00 hr.

Section 2:        That any provisions of Ordinance #11-07 which are not specifically amended herein, including wages and salaries for full time employees and salaried officials, shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3:        That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Ordinance or adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.
