AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE, ADOPT AND ENACT THE 2006 REPLACEMENT PAGES TO THE CODIFIED ORDINANCE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

Whereas, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by Council which should be included in the Codified Ordnances; and

Whereas, the codification of such ordinances, together with the new matter to be adopted, the matters to be amended and those to be repealed are before the Council;

SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the Municipality of Sebring Ohio, of a general and permanent nature as revised, recodified, rearranged and collated into component codes, titles, chapters and sections within the 2006 replacement pages to the Codified Ordnances are hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, amended, or repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current state law:

SECTION 3: That pursuant to Municipal Charter Sections 4.15 and 4.16, the Clerk of Council shall cause this Ordinance to be published in the manner determined by the Motion of Council. All sections of the Codified Ordinances without a previous ordinance or resolution history at the end thereof indicate that the section contains new matter ordained by this Adopting Ordinance.

SECTION 4: That is found and determined that all formal actions of this council relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in open meetings of this council: and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its Committees; and of the Planning Commission, if necessary, which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant of Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Municipality of Sebring.

SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an EMERGENCY MESURE necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Municipality of Sebring, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that the amendments to the Traffic Code and General Offenses and Fire Prevention Codes, enacted hereby become effective as soon as possible in order to conform to current State laws.

SECTION 6: Any notice authorized to be given under this Ordinance shall refer to this Ordinance by number and codification, when available.
