AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE REPLAT OF LOTS 1916, 1917 & 1918 WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS property owners wishing to replat Municipal lots within the Village of Sebring must submit an application to the Planning and Zoning Board specifying the lots to be replatted; and

WHEREAS Leland P. & Betty M. Zurbrugg , the property owners of record of Lots 1916, 1917 & 1918 have submitted an application to the Planning and Zoning Board for the replat of said lots as detailed in the attached "Exhibit A"; and

WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the application of the Leland P. & Betty M. Zurbrugg at its regular meeting held on August 3, 2006 and approved the replat of lots 1916, 1917 & 1918.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:

Section 1: That the replat attached hereto as "Exhibit A" is hereby approved and adopted by the Council of the Village of Sebring, Mahoning County, Ohio.

Section 2: That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Ordinance or adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.

Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an EMERGENCY MEASURE necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Municipality of Sebring, Ohio.
