A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING MILL CREEK METROPARKS APPLICATION FOR CLEAN OHIO CONSERVATION PROGRAM FUNDS

WHEREAS the Board of Parks Commissioners of the Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District intends to apply to the Ohio Public Works Commission for Clean Ohio Conservation Program Funds; and

WHEREAS the Board of Park Commissioners of the Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District agrees to provide the necessary local funds and follow the procedures as are required by the guidelines of the Clean Ohio Conservation Program.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:

Section 1:        That the Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District has the support of the Village of Sebring in its application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for the Clean Ohio Conservation Program Funds.

Section 4:        That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Ordinance or adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.
