A RESOLUTION DECLARING AS SURPLUS MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF SAID SURPLUS MUNICIPAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS the Municipal Manager has caused a list of equipment that is outdated or no longer needed for the proper operation of the several Municipal Departments to be prepared; and

WHEREAS the Municipal Council has reviewed said list of equipment and has determined that said equipment is outdated and no longer needed; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO:

Section 1:        That the equipment on the accompanying list is incorporated in its substantial form and content as a part of this Resolution.

Section 2:        That said equipment is hereby determined to be surplus and the Municipal Manager is hereby directed to dispose of said surplus equipment as appropriate.

Section 3:        That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Resolution or adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.
