Resolution A RESOLUTION HONORING PATRICIA E. GARDNER ON THE OCCASION OF HER RETIREMENT FROM THE SEBRING POLICE DEPARTMENT Whereas: Patricia E. Gardner has steadfastly and conscientiously served the residents of the Village of Sebring since September 19, 1981 as a telecommuncator, having been sworn in as a part-time police officer on September 30, 1993 and having advanced to the position of Telecommunications Supervisor on November 29, 2001; and Whereas: Patricia E. Gardner has demonstrated substantial expertise in the field of law enforcement through her leadership within the Sebring Police Department Dispatch Center and her administrative abilities in securing numerous grants for the Sebring Police Department; and Whereas: During her tenure, Patricia E. Gardner’s professionalism and service to the community served as a model for other employees within the Sebring Police Department to emulate. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1: That Patricia E. Gardner is hereby honored and commended for her extraordinary commitment to the safety and well being of the citizens of Sebring during her tenure with the Sebring Police Department Section 2: That for her service it is only fitting and proper that the Municipal government, on behalf of the citizens of Sebring, does hereby publicly thank Patricia E. Gardner for her dedication to the Sebring Police Department. Section 3: That this Resolution has been introduced by the unanimous consent of all Councilmembers, Mayor and the Administration of the Municipality of Sebring with best wishes to her in all her future endeavors. THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED THIS 12th DAY OF MARCH, 2007
