A JOINT RESOLUTION BETWEEEN THE VILLAGE OF BELOIT, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO AND THE VILLAGE OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO.

WHEREAS, This Resolution will supplement an original contract between the Municipalities for limited transfer of emergency telephone call (911 Services) for the time period January 1, 2006 through April 14, 2006.

WHEREAS, Prior to January 1, 2006 the Village of Sebring provided, by contract, limited telephone answering services for the Village of Beloit and:

WHEREAS, The Village of Sebring continued to provide this service for the safety of the of the citizens of Beloit from January 1, 2006 through April 14, 2006, after which time another political entity assumed the service responsibility and;

WHEREAS, the Village of Beloit and the Village of Sebring agree that the sum of One Hundred Forty Dollars ($140.00) is an appropriate fee for the services during this time period

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL(S) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING AND THE VIILAGE OF BELOIT

Section 1:        That the Village of Beloit agrees to pay and the Village of Sebring agrees to accept as payment in full One Hundred Forty Dollars ($140.00) for providing limited telephone answering services from the period January 1, 2006 through April 14, 2006.
