A RESOLUTION HONORING KAYLA FAUDREE UPON THE OCCASION OF BEING CROWNED 2006 GREATER ALLIANCE CARNATION FESTIVAL QUEEN WHEREAS, Kayla Faudree, a 2006 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School, was crowned Sunday, August 13, 2006 as the 47th annual Carnation Festival Queen; and WHEREAS , Kayla Faudree, by virtue of her many awards and achievements throughout her high school career, exemplifies the academic scholarship, civic mindedness and work ethic necessary in a well rounded individual and informed citizen; and WHEREAS, Kayla Faudree will represent the Village of Sebring and all of Greater Alliance with distinction as the Carnation Festival Queen throughout her reign. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO: SECTION 1: Section 1: That Kayla Faudree is hereby publicly honored for the distinguished achievement of being crowned 2006 Greater Alliance Carnation Festival Queen. SECTION 2: That Sebring wishes the best for Kayla Faudree as she continues her academic pursuits as a toxicology major at Ashland University. Section 3: That this Resolution has been introduced by the unanimous consent of all Councilmembers, Mayor and the Administration of the Municipality of Sebring with the acknowledgement of a lifetime of extraordinary achievements. THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF AUGUST, 2006
