A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAHONING COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE RATIFICATION. WHEREAS each board of County Commissioners and each legislative authority must then deliver a copy of its resolution or ordinance to the policy committee at the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District, South Side Annex, Second Floor, 2801 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44507 within the ninety (90) day time period, said resolution or ordinance received by the policy committee thereby representing the board of County Commissioners’ or legislative authority’s vote; and WHEREAS the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District Policy Committee has adopted a draft amendment to the Solid Waste Management Plan by resolution; and WHEREAS the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District Policy Committee delivered said draft amendment to the Solid Waste Management Plan to the Village of Sebring on the 5th of September, 2006. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1: That the Village Council hereby approves the draft amendment to the Solid Waste Management Plan and directs that a copy of this action be delivered to the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District Policy Committee at the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District, South Side Annex, Second Floor, 2801 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44507. Section 4: That it is FOUND and DETERMINED that all formal actions of this Council relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees which resulted in such formal actions were made in compliance with all legal requirements, including those of section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, all pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Charter of the Village of Sebring.
