Resolution A RESOLUTION HONORING CYNTHIA K. SCHRAGG AS CHAIRPERSON OF THE FIRST ANNUAL SEBRING HARVEST HOME FESTIVAL Whereas: The Downtown Entertainment Committee determined to plan a Harvest Home Festival for the enjoyment of the residents of the Village of Sebring and to highlight the recent improvements to the downtown area; and Whereas: Cynthia K. Schragg, as chairperson of the first annual Sebring Harvest Home Festival, demonstrated unparalleled fundraising, organizational and promotional talents in the coordination of the weekend’s activities; and Whereas: Cynthia K Schragg’s tireless efforts on behalf of the Sebring Harvest Home Festival resulted in a popular and enjoyable event that highlighted the small town family friendly nature of the entire community. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1: That Cynthia K. Schragg is hereby honored and commended for her extraordinary devotion to the community by serving as Chairperson of the First Annual Sebring Harvest Home Festival. Section 2: That the Municipal government does hereby publicly thank Cynthia K. Schragg for her dedication and leadership that resulted in the success of the First Annual Sebring Harvest Home Festival. Section 3: That this Resolution has been introduced by the unanimous consent of all Councilmembers, Mayor and the Administration of the Municipality of Sebring with best wishes for the success of subsequent festivals. THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED THIS 22nd DAY OF OCTOBER, 2007
