Resolution A RESOLUTION HONORING DOUG SCHMID FOR HIS DEDICATED AND FAITHFUL SERVICE AS A COUNCILMEMBER FOR THE VILLAGE OF SEBRING. Whereas: Councilmember Doug Schmid sought public service and has faithfully and steadfastly served the citizens of the Village of Sebring; and Whereas: Doug Schmid has sincerely and seriously given of his time and knowledge to serve in the government as a councilmember for the past four years; and Whereas: Doug Schmid has earned the respect of his colleagues for his fiscal prudence and diligence in promoting and sponsoring programs that have benefited and further developed of the Village of Sebring. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SEBRING, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO: Section 1: That Doug Schmid is hereby honored and commended for his commitment to serving his community, which owes a deep debt of gratitude for his willing service. Section 2: That his colleagues do hereby publicly honor Doug Schmid for unselfishly giving of himself for the betterment of his community. Section 3: That this Resolution has been introduced by the unanimous consent of all Councilmembers, Mayor and the Administration of the Municipality of Sebring with best wishes to Doug Schmid in all his future endeavors. THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED THIS 27th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2007
